Where content design and development is concerned, the Navy has mandated the use of SCORM guidelines for all learning materials to be used within the ILE.
SIMSPACE has been using Delta3D to develop their launch product SIMEXAM: an automobile simulator for driving schools in Spain. This simulator has been specifically designed to prepare students for their practical driving tests by allowing them to virtually drive in the area were they will perform their practical examination (in Madrid this is in the city of Móstoles). You can download a free demo of the simulator here.
